Chak Alamwala, also spelt Chah Alamwala, is a chak in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. A chak is a settlement that grew up in the canal era. The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines where the rain shapes much of the year's work, and where wheat and groundnut are farmed.

Chak Alamwala lies about 20 km from Dandot in the Salt Range, 24 km from the Malot temple, 26 km from Choa Saidan Shah and 28 km from the Katas Raj temples, all in straight-line distance. As across the Potohar, many families here have members in the army or working abroad.
