This is Dhanda.
Dhanda is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to its south.
In a straight line, Dhudial is about 25 km from Dhanda, Chakwal city about 30 km, Islamabad airport about 42 km, and Rawalpindi about 46 km. Across the Potohar, the fields are sown with wheat and groundnut, and many families have members in the army or working abroad.
The village's own story is still to be told by the people of Dhanda, and this page is open for them to tell it.
