Dhok Afzal is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south.
The village is about 27 km from Chakwal city and about 16 km in a straight line from the Kallar Kahar lake, from Talagang, and from the M2 motorway interchange at Kallar Kahar. Across this plateau, wheat and groundnut are farmed, and many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
