ڈھوک بابا نعمت، ضلع چکوال، پنجاب، پاکستان کی ایک ڈھوک ہے، یعنی کھیتوں کے درمیان بسی ہوئی ایک چھوٹی سی بستی۔ چکوال شہر سے تقریباً 56 کلومیٹر، راولپنڈی سے 53 کلومیٹر، ڈھڈیال سے 47 کلومیٹر اور اسلام آباد ایئرپورٹ سے 62 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر واقع ہے۔

The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Across this plateau, wheat and groundnut farming is common, and many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
