This is Dhok Datwal.
Dhok Datwal (also spelt Dhok Dalwal) is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, where the land is dry and cut by ravines, farming depends on rain, and the Salt Range lies to the south.
By straight line, Talagang is about 47 km away, Chakwal city 75 km, and the Islamabad airport 69 km. Across the Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
The full story of this village is still to be told, and its own people are the ones to tell it.
