This is Dhok Kashmirian.
Dhok Kashmirian is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet, in District Chakwal in Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it is about 25 km from Dhudial, 34 km from Chakwal city, 45 km from Choa Saidan Shah and 46 km from the Katas Raj temples.
The land around the village is part of the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined ground where farming depends on rain, and where wheat and groundnut are grown. The Salt Range rises to the south.
Like many families in this area, households here have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of this village, its people and its past is still to be told by the people who live here, and we invite you to add it.
