Dhok Kashmirian (also spelt Dhok Kashmiran or Dhok Kashmirān) is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields where wheat and groundnut are grown, with the Salt Range to the south.
In a straight line, the village is about 43 km from Dhudial, 50 km from Rawalpindi, 52 km from Chakwal city and 59 km from Islamabad airport. Across the Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and that tradition of looking beyond the fields is shared by many of us here.
