Dhok Kot Umar, also spelt Dhok Sandrana, is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. Its fields lie on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed farming, with the Salt Range rising to the south.
In a straight line, the village is about 24 km from the Malot temple, 25 km from Choa Saidan Shah, 26 km from Dandot in the Salt Range, and 28 km from the Katas Raj temples. As across much of this plateau, many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad.

سیدھی لکیر میں یہ گاؤں ملوٹ مندر سے تقریباً 24 کلومیٹر، چوآ سیدن شاہ سے 25 کلومیٹر، دندوت سے 26 کلومیٹر اور کٹاس راج کے مندروں سے 28 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر ہے۔ اس علاقے کے بہت سے گھروں کے افراد فوج میں ہیں یا بیرونِ ملک روزگار کر رہے ہیں۔ ڈھوک کوٹ عمر کی مکمل کہانی، اس کے لوگوں کی زبانی، ابھی سنائی جانا باقی ہے۔
