This is Dhok Nari.
Dhok Nari is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 10 km in a straight line from Chakwal city and about 18 km from the M2 motorway at the Kallar Kahar interchange. Kallar Kahar lake and Dhudial are each about 19 km away.
The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields where wheat and groundnut are farmed, with the Salt Range to the south. Across this plateau many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
The village's own history, its families and its everyday life are still to be told by the people who live here. This page is an invitation to add that story.
