Dhok Sawal (also written Sawal Dhok or Sawāl Dhok) is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 46 km from Chakwal city, 40 km from Talagang, 49 km from Dhudial, and 42 km in a straight line from Islamabad airport.
The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry, ravined ground farmed with rain-fed wheat and groundnut, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Across this plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
