This is Dhok Telian.
Dhok Telian is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it is about 21 km from Rawalpindi, 31 km from Islamabad airport, 54 km from Dhudial and 61 km from Chakwal city.
The land around the village is part of the Potohar plateau, dry and cut by ravines, where farming depends on rain. Wheat and groundnut are grown across the region, and the Salt Range rises to the south. Many families in this area have members serving in the army or working abroad.
The village's own history and daily life are still to be told, and they are best told by the people who live here and the families who carry its memories overseas.
