Kajar is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it lies about 28 km from Dhudial, 32 km from Choa Saidan Shah, and 34 km from both the Katas Raj temples and the Malot temple.
The land around Kajar is part of the Potohar plateau, a dry landscape of ravines where farmers grow wheat and groundnut on rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad.
