This is Liliani Rajgan.
Liliani Rajgan is a village in District Chakwal, in Punjab, Pakistan. Straight-line distances from the village are about 41 km to Rawalpindi, 47 km to Dhudial, 51 km to Islamabad airport and 56 km to Chakwal city.
The wider area is the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined land where farmers grow wheat and groundnuts on rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad, so this village is often spread across more than one country.
We know little more than this so far. The full story of Liliani Rajgan, its people and its days, is still to be told by the people who live here and the families who carry it with them.
