This is Mangial.

Mangial is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 38 km in a straight line from Rawalpindi, 48 km from Islamabad airport, 49 km from Dhudial and 58 km from Chakwal city, so it is within easy reach of the larger towns to the north.

The land around it is dry and cut by ravines, typical of the Potohar plateau, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Farming depends on rain, and families grow wheat and groundnut on their fields.

Many households have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of Mangial, its families and its memories, is still to be told by its own people.
