This is Mohra Gujran.
Mohra Gujran is a small hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it lies about 6 km from Dhudial and 12 km from Chakwal city. The Katas Raj temples are about 22 km away, and Choa Saidan Shah about 23 km.
The land around is part of the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined ground where families farm wheat and groundnut on rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Across this area, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
The full story of Mohra Gujran, its people and its memories is still to be told by the villagers themselves. If you have something to share, please add it here.
