This is Parial.

Parial, also spelt Parhal, is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Wheat and groundnut are farmed across this plateau, on land that depends on the rains.

It is about 38 km in a straight line from Rawalpindi, 45 km from Dhudial, 46 km from Islamabad airport and 54 km from Chakwal city. Across this region, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of Parial is still to be told, and its people are the ones to tell it.
