This is Waghwal Zer.
Waghwal Zer, also spelt Waghwal Zir or Waghwāl Zer, is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan.
It lies on the Potohar plateau, a dry land cut by ravines, where farming depends on rain and families grow wheat and groundnut. The Salt Range rises to the south. In straight-line distance, the village is about 13 km from Choa Saidan Shah, 14 km from the Malot temple, 15 km from the Katas Raj temples, and 19 km from Dandot.
On the Potohar plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and Waghwal Zer is part of that story. The village's own history is still to be told by its people, so we invite you to share it here.
