The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields where wheat and groundnut are farmed, with the Salt Range to the south. In a straight line, Talagang is 23 km away, Lawa 36 km, the M2 motorway at the Kallar Kahar interchange 53 km, and Kallar Kahar lake 54 km.
