Dhok Miran is a dhok, a small farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it lies about 18 km from Dhudial and 27 km from Chakwal city. The Katas Raj temples and Choa Saidan Shah are each about 41 km away.
The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Across this plateau, farming depends on the rain, with wheat and groundnut as familiar crops, and many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
