Phularian, also spelt Dhok Phulari, is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines where farming depends on the rain, and the Salt Range rises to its south. Wheat and groundnut are grown across this land.
Phularian is 17 km from Talagang, 34 km from Lawa, 45 km from the M2 motorway at the Kallar Kahar interchange, and 46 km from Kallar Kahar lake.
Across the plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of Phularian is still to be told by its own people, and this page is a place for those at home and those far away to tell it together.
