Radar is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab region of Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Chakwal city is about 24 km away, and the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway is about 3 km off. Kallar Kahar lake is about 2 km away, and the Katas Raj temples about 25 km.
Across the Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. Families from Radar, wherever they now live, are welcome to add their own chapter to the village's story. The village's own history, its people and its memories are still to be told by those who know them best.
