This is Dhok Fateh Shah.
Dhok Fateh Shah, also written Fateh Shah, is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to its south.
In a straight line, Talagang and Lawa are each about 28 km away. The Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway is about 57 km away, and Kallar Kahar lake about 58 km.
Across the plateau, wheat and groundnut farming shape the land, and many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of this village and its people is still to be told by the people of Dhok Fateh Shah themselves.
