Dhok Shah (also spelt Dhok Shaho) is a dhok, a small farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south.

Its distances tell part of the story. Dhudial is about 33 km away in a straight line, Chakwal city and Rawalpindi are each about 40 km, and Islamabad airport is about 42 km. Across this plateau, families have long farmed wheat and groundnut, and many have members serving in the army or working abroad.
