This is Gurha.
Gurha is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. Its full story is still to be told by the people who live here and by those who have gone abroad.
Gurha lies in the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines where farming depends on rain. Wheat and groundnut are grown across this land, and the Salt Range rises to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad.
In straight-line distance, Choa Saidan Shah and the Malot temple are each about 34 km away, the Katas Raj temples about 37 km, and Dandot in the Salt Range also about 37 km.
