This is Kohali.

Kohali is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. Talagang is about 40 km away, Islamabad airport about 55 km, and Chakwal city about 61 km. Kallar Kahar lake is roughly 65 km off in a straight line.

Across this part of Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. Kohali's people are part of that story of those who stay, those who go, and those who keep in touch from far away.
